The UAE Embassy may be willing to attest documents that are not of Australian origin under certain circumstances. For instance, if you have Libyan documents, the UAE Embassy in Australia may be willing to attest these documents. However, the documents will first need to be notarised, authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and then attested by the Libyan Embassy in Canberra. Once these steps have been completed, the UAE Embassy in Canberra may attest the documents for use in the UAE.
