Attesting Commercial Documents for Egypt

If you require Australian commercial documents to be attested for use in Egypt, other than personal documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, education certificates, qualifications etc, the documents may require certification from the Australian Chamber of Commerce.  The following steps would need to be carried out:

  1. Verification and notarisation,
  2. authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
  3. certification by the Australian Chamber of Commerce
  4. and consular attestation

If the commercial document has not first been certified by the Australian Chamber of Commerce, the Egyptian Embassy shall not accept the document for attestation.

At Australian Notary Services, we will handle the process for you from start to finish for you.  Please contact us on notary@bannermans.com.au.
